A. Erection and Repair of Buildings -- All buildings contractors, erecting or repairing buildings, are to be paid directly by The Curators of the ¾Ã²ÝÈȾòÝÊÓƵ of Missouri and such payments are to be submitted to the State Treasurer for reimbursement therefor from the appropriate appropriated funds.
