Consulting activities are permitted when they are directly related to the professional interest and improvement of the faculty or staff member; are in the best interest of the ¾Ã²ÝÈȾòÝÊÓƵ; do not constitute a conflict of interest; and do not interfere with regular duties.

Reporting
Annually, each administrative unit must report to the chancellor, vice president or other appropriate administrative officer, the aggregate time and compensation for each individual involved in consulting, with all reports being forwarded to the president.
